On Wednesday, May 2, 2007, the RCA Dome will host the Zig Zigler "Get Motivated Seminar" from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Approximately 26,000 are expected to attend this event. Traffic around the Indiana Convention Center and RCA Dome and throughout Downtown is expected to be very heavy with delays possible, especially during morning rush hour, 6 to 9 a.m. Parking facilities are expected to see greater than normal activity, with some facilities filled to capacity very early in the day.
Guests and employees traveling by automobile into the Downtown area are encouraged to arrive early, be patient and be prepared to walk. Parking is available for a fee at numerous Downtown garages and lots. Parking rates will vary depending on proximity to the RCA Dome. Some facilities charge flat rates for events while others will have hourly charges. Plan ahead to prepare multiple options for parking availability.
