While still offering St. Elmo's world-famous shrimp cocktail, guests can also explore other new options not found on the restaurant's traditional dining menu, such as filet sliders, fried peppadew peppers stuffed with goat cheese, house cured smoked salmon and more.
Only available at the bar, the new options allow guests not looking for a full meal to enjoy a smaller portion of food while unwinding with drinks, cocktails or wine from St. Elmo's award-winning wine cellar.
