Downtown Indianapolis is set to welcome many fans! There is plenty of parking for all those going to the game and those who want to come Downtown to take in the events or check out the game at one of Downtown's restaurants or nightclubs.
There are more than 60 garages and lots within just a six-block walk of the RCA Dome. Click here for a GAME DAY parking map or see below. The map also shows those surface lots that accommodate oversized vehicles. You can get a list of addresses and other information for all of the parking options. Plan ahead, have fun and cheer the Colts on to victory!
Prepare:
- Plan your driving and walking route into and through Downtown ahead of time.
- Use interstates to travel to and leave Downtown.
- Enter Downtown from the side on which you plan to park.
- Allow plenty of extra travel time to Downtown.
- Be aware of street closures and restrictions. Information is available at www.indydt.com.
- Be aware that travel through Downtown will be limited to streets away from the core area.
- Relax during peak exit times.
- Wear comfortable shoes, park once and enjoy the walk.
- Carpool or use IndyGo if possible.
Park:
- Downtown parking is abundant. There are more than 66,000 parking spaces Downtown.
- Log onto www.indydt.com for Downtown maps with attraction and parking information. Print out the map and bring it with you.
- Select a couple of parking alternatives before you leave home.
- Plan to use a garage or lot. Most meters near the event sites are restricted during this time.
- Some parking facilities and lots may not be open to the public.
Get to the Game Before Kick Off:
The RCA Dome gates will open approximately two hours before game time. Plan to arrive early to avoid long lines.

You can still be part of the action at one of Downtown's many restaurants and bars, including Champps Americana, Coaches Tavern, Level One at the Hyatt, Basey's Downtown Grill & Spirits, Jillian's and more! A number of Downtown restaurants are offering game-day specials including the Colts Sunday Brunch at Palomino- featuring Sunday specialties and signature house dishes, a pre-game celebration at St. Elmo Steak House, a tailgate buffet at Champions Sports Bar, a home-game party at Hard Rock Café, brunch buffet or special Colts lunch menu (depending on game time) at Circle City Bar & Grille and a tailgate party at Olive's Martini Bar in the Omni Severin Hotel two hours before every home game. Also, look for other pre-game festivities at the Indianapolis Colts Budweiser Plaza and Indianapolis Colts/Old National Fun Zone in Pan Am Plaza.
