Children age 12 and under have the opportunity to “flip the switch” at the Circle of Lights® presented by the Contractors of Quality Connection and Electrical Workers of IBEW #481 Friday, Nov. 29 via a Coloring Contest. New this year, five College Choice 529 Direct Savings Plans valued at $529 will be awarded to four finalists as well as the “grand prize” winner.
Kids are invited to decorate an official coloring sheet with a large holiday light bulb, allowing plenty of room for creativity. Thousands enter the contest annually, and one lucky “grand prize” winner will appear on stage at the Circle of Lights® with Santa and receive a $529 Direct Savings Plan and their coloring entry framed. Four additional finalists will receive $529 Direct Savings Plans.
Coloring Contest partners supporting the program and scholarships include Indiana Members Credit Union and College Choice 529. Promotional partners include RTV-6, The Indianapolis Star, Circle Centre and Radio Disney.
